Lock Love

Icecrown. Big server. Laggy as hell. Plenty of infantile asshats.

Credits?

It's Horde side, so the player base is 1/5 the size and alot more mature.
My wife and kids have like five characters on both accounts on both sides.
That leaves room for two of my toons if I create a new character to level.
It's new to me. New is good.

So I made an Blood Elf Warlock and wanted to point him in the direction of Affliction.
They're scary kinda powerful. They have badass outfits. They enslave demons!

DAM those Affliction locks.

Almost as annoying as the Tier 5 Warrior with dedicated healer in a BG....
The team of two Affliction warlocks that dot you up fifteen ways from Sunday in a few seconds. By the time you realize you're being life-drained... you're already a dead man walking. An affliction lock can tag a squad of three with two dots each in exactly 6 seconds. Then AOE Fear and life-drain one of your buddies to death while seducing another. Nobody dishes out that kind of raw damage while sitting on 9k health. If Affliction locks can do that to a level 70 toon in a BG, you can guess what they can do to mobs in a PvE setting.

Low level...
They're not so powerful...
Not quite so evil...

But they have that POTENTIAL.
